Leek, Staffordshire (Full Bathroom Renovation)
We were asked to redesign and replace a 2 x bathrooms for a customer who wasn’t pleased with the quality of the new build home.
We created a design alongside the customers required specs, supplied all materials and replaced this for them within 1 week, we think the pictures speak for themselves. The customer was very pleased with the end result!
Endon, Stoke on Trent (Removal and Installation of New Boundary Fence)
On this project we were asked to create a low maintenance solution for the customers boundary, before we completed the project they had a throne hedge, this was very hard for the customer to maintain also it didn’t give the fresh clean look that the customer wanted, we removed all the hedge and replace it a sleek, modern concrete and wood panel fence which should give the customer a great finish with very little maintenance required.
Knypersley, Stoke On Trent(Slab and Underfloor Heating Installation)
On this Project the customer needed a full dig out, footings underfloor heating and then a concrete slab fitted, which we provided the whole solution including the design for the underfloor heating, once completed we fitted there manifold and ensured 100% satisfaction we even provided the customer with exact specifications for the boiler required to run the heating system even down to organising the boiler fitting.
Brown Edge, Stoke on Trent (Installation of Ranch Fence)
In order to complete this project we had to remove the existing earth bank which lay on the boundary, after doing this we installed a traditional ranch fence which was specified when completing the design stage with the customer. after completion levelled off the surrounding area and ensured that the site was left clean and tidy.
Newcastle Under Lyme (Kitchen Floor Replacement)
In order to complete this project we had to remove the original flooring that was installed in the 1970s since the last contractor had laid over the top off meaning the flooring was bouncy and had started to decay since moisture was getting trapped in the void underneath, after we removed the floor we screeded the floor to get it smooth and then laid a LVT floor over the top to give the customer the look they desired, backed with a 25 year manufactures guarantee!
